Shipping Information
Kameera currently ships within Australia using Australia Post.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from NSW, Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Please ensure your shipping address, contact details, size and style selection are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kameera.com.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotional periods or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts are applied and before shipping costs.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, including size, style or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kameera.com.
We will do our best to assist before your order is processed or dispatched.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, Kameera is unable to take responsibility for incorrect details entered at checkout. However, our usual returns process may be available where applicable.
Delays or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us at hello@kameera.com, and we will assist where possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on request.
If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@kameera.com with the item(s) you would like to purchase and your delivery location.
We will confirm shipping availability and provide an estimated shipping cost before your order is placed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
