MEET THE FOUNDER

Kameera was founded by Pratika, known to most as Prats, after a career in finance and a far-from-traditional path into fashion.

Her Indian roots shaped an early instinct for colour, ornament and clothing as a form of expression. Over time, her love of art, architecture, travel and thoughtful craftsmanship developed into a creative point of view of her own.

Kameera came to life when Pratika stepped away from the familiar, learned an entirely new industry and gave her creative side somewhere to belong. She remains closely involved in every aspect of the brand, guided by a belief that the smallest details are often what make something feel truly special.

THE STORY

Kameera began with a simple idea: to create clothing where colour, exclusive prints and thoughtful craftsmanship come together.

The name Kameera is rooted in the ideas of longing and devotion, reflecting the desire behind the brand and the care taken in bringing it to life.

At the heart of Kameera is artwork created exclusively for the label, expressed through distinctive silhouettes and natural fibres.

Designed in Newcastle, Australia, Kameera is for the woman who knows how she wants to feel when she gets dressed: considered, expressive and entirely herself. Made for long lunches, moments away and occasions that call for something memorable.
