Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your KAMEERA piece. If it is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 21 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, marks or damage
- Returned in the original KAMEERA packaging, including the KAMEERA drawstring bag provided with your order
The KAMEERA drawstring bag forms part of the product presentation and must be returned with the garment.
Returns or exchanges that are incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, or missing original packaging components may not be accepted. Where original packaging components are missing, KAMEERA reserves the right to apply an appropriate deduction from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact hello@kameera.com within 21 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
We will respond with return instructions and assist you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KAMEERA cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Subject to availability, eligible items may be exchanged for an alternative size or style.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. KAMEERA will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact hello@kameera.com as soon as possible. We will assess all claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
