FREE Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your KAMEERA piece. If it is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.
Sale items are eligible for return under our standard returns policy, unless clearly marked as Final Sale.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, marks or damage
- Returned with the KAMEERA drawstring bag included with your order
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact hello@kameera.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions for returning your order.
Return Shipping
Returns and exchanges within Australia are FREE.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Easy Exchanges
Subject to availability, eligible items may be exchanged for an alternative size or style.
We will provide a prepaid return label for your original item, and KAMEERA will cover the shipping of your replacement item.
Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact hello@kameera.com as soon as possible. We will assess all claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
